George and Grieve were on site with us for almost two years in order to convert the Legerwood Steading into bespoke holiday accommodation. They are a hard working team that strived to complete the project on programme. They cared about the end product and accepted and dealt with any snags that did arise. George and Grieve have a great team who are all approachable and easy to work with. It’s a pleasure to work with a positive contractor that finds solutions rather than issues! I have since worked with George and Grieve on other projects due to the good working relationship that has been formed.
Des George and Donald Grieve carried out extensive structural and design work on our large early 18th century manse last year. We found their work to be exceptional, nothing was too difficult for them to tackle and they met every challenge with a positive and successful attitude. They assisted in all areas of our new design and dealt with planning authorities and structural engineers, as well as our plasterers, electricians, plumbers and decorators. They both have a very pleasant and polite manner and managed to get us through this stressful time with humour and quiet efficiency. At no time was the project delayed and we couldn’t recommend them more. They came highly recommended from other friends of ours and we felt very fortunate to have been able to use their services.
George and Grieve Joinery built a dwelling house for myself and family. To say the job went well is an understatement. Their time keeping was impeccable and tidiness second to none. Their friendly and helpful staff made what could have been a stressful time a very happy memory. From building our kit house complete with roof to finishing our kitchens and bathrooms. Any snags that appeared were swiftly dealt with. We have since recommend George and Grieve to friends who are also very happy with their service.
